Here’s a quick guide to answer all your questions about your maternity photography session. From booking to session details, I’ve got you covered!
Where will we take the photos?
The location is totally up to you! We can head outside to the mountains, a field, or by a lake or stream. If you’d like a warmer more predictable location, we can rent a studio for some lifestyle shots. Or we can stay at home for cozy, intimate photos in your bedroom or kitchen. Just keep in mind—we’ll stick to one location for the session.
Can my partner and other kids be involved in the photos?
Of course! You can even bring your pets if you’d like. During the session, we’ll aim to capture photos of just you, you with your partner, you with your kiddos, and the whole crew together.
Do I have to wear a dress?
Not at all! If you’re more comfortable in something else, go for it. My goal is for you to feel confident and true to yourself.
Do you have dresses I can wear?
I do! I have a selection of dresses available for you to use during your session. Most of them fit sizes 4–14 (pre-pregnancy), with some flexibility. You can check them out at kyliebreephotography.com/client-closet.
Do you offer hair and makeup?
I don’t provide hair and makeup services, but I have referrals if you’d like recommendations!
Will you share my photos?
Your images are yours, first and foremost. While I love showcasing the beauty of pregnancy, it’s entirely up to you. Once I send you your images, you can decide if you’re comfortable with me sharing any of them.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! If you book maternity photography with me, I offer discounts on fresh 48 and newborn sessions.
Do you offer payment plans?
Absolutely! A 25% non-refundable retainer fee secures your session date, and the full payment is due one week before the session. I’m happy to arrange weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payment plans. In some cases, I can extend the plan beyond your session date.
